We got weak handicaps, gave up a perfect defense on the kickoff and then proceeded to throw multiple sets of double skulls. Nothing really special here by the other team, but why get fancy when you don't need to? We were diced... and then pounded. Disgusting.”
Before the game I thought Kenty would need to be lucky to win this game but now I'm thinking that just even dice could have been enough for him.
Kenty was really close to scoring in the first half, but double skulls allowed me to keep the the score at 0-0 at half time.
In the second half, the Count made a 4+ dodge to get two dice on my ball carrier, but when he couldn't get Becoming, Part 2 down on the first 2 dice, the reroll was of course double skulls. This pretty much allowed me to score my TD on turn 5, leaving Kenty 4 turns to equalize.
The necros got a touchback and soon the Count was through my lines. I went for a 1 die blitz and got lucky as expected: KO for the Count and my thrower caught the ball. That was the ball game right there.
As icing on the cake, my troll regenerated the MNG, caused one casualty and got the MVP, finally gaining guard. Also, my blitzer Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered got tackle so now I should be ready for the rats next game.”
