The first game of NWL season 4! (and my first game in NWL)

The Wild win the toss and receive... and the inaugeral hit of the season by a beast man is a knock down and the armor holds.

There were some amazing plays like a long complete pass by the Ducks in the first half. Also one of the inflicted injuries on the Ducks was self inflicted. (this was a sign of the Ducks bad luck for the day)

Mr_Foulscumm, excellent game! And looking forward to more fun games in the future!

Hi sports fans, the NWL 4th season has gotten underway!

*1st game of Fringe Conf. A*

Big game jitters showed early on for the Ducks, with Gismar Scherer moving to close to the LoS at kick off. The troubles continued as the Ducks conceded a vital turn over that let the Wild walk in a Touch Down virtually unopposed.

At the start of the 2nd half the Duck could only set up 8 players and it was clear that this would be an up hill struggle for the team.
The nervous play of the Ducks continued as Oldred Fleugweiner failed to catch a hand off early in the 2nd. After that the Wild, who played a solid, professional game through out (only gave away 3 turnovers during the game), went on to an easy 2-0 victory.

One of the few strong points the Ducks showed today was their passing game with some nice skills being displayed.

Head coach Mr Foulscumm had this to say to the gathered press after the game: "Well hats off for Ug and the Wild... A good coach and a team that can go really far if they manage to build off of this win. Good luck to ya!"
