“Game 53 – SWL 18 Round 6

Dunno what’s the go with the injury list here, but both Gidush II and Parbag suffered serious injuries in this game and will miss the next, while a skink RIPed (forgotten which one already, they come and go so fast!?!). The early loss of Vraal, BH to a foul probably started the rot.

Was that sort of game where the Fossils should have lead 1-0 initially after putting good pressure on the ball return of Tony Twinkletoes. But eventually a failed GFI in the endzone released the pressure and the KFC were able to recover their composure and score for a scoreline of 1-0 at halftime.

Silibili showed up, but once KO’d early in the first half, decided he’d rather play for the “Slumbering Skinks” and disappeared for the rest of the game.

The second half showed up the great loss of Balljuggler’s Ag5. Twice (in 3 rolls) the skinks failed to pick up the ball deep in their own half, eventually fumbling it into the crowd. Disappointed with the Fossil’s effort, the crowd threw the ball into a dwarf cage where it stayed until a later score sealed the game for KFC 2-0.
