#6 'Diamond' Joe Quimby – Dead (RIP)
'Game Three' has come around quick for the 'Duffers'. This was probably an attempt to try to forget the comprehensive beating they took last time out against 'd'Irpinia'.

Against a mean looking Orc outfit 'Krothu's Killas' the 'Duffers' started well. They scored a TD through Marion Anthony 'Fat Tony' D'Amico in the early stages of the first half. After taking the lead they then had to put their minds to trying to control a strong, powerfull and generally quite unpleasant 'Killas' team. This proved to be a much easier task than anyone could have expected as the Orc team pinned themselves against the top touchline making it almost impossible to gain.

The second half was just more of the same, as the Orc team failed to show any expansive play, choosing to just sit on the side lines penned in with little chance of ever seeing the 'Duffers' endzone.

This was a great performance by the 'Duffers' producing their first win. They were great with the ball for the first two turns of the game and then amazingly resolute without it for an incredible fourteen turns without conceeding. There was only one bad thing to come out of this game, which was the death of 'Diamond' Joe Quimby in the first half. 'Moe Szyslak' announced at the after game celebrations that as a mark of respect his number will be retired untill such time as it is needed.
