“9 players for the first game in the WIL Morien Regional Division V against 12 newish chaos players. Was going to need some luck to get a result today.

With the lack of a friendly in between tournaments 2 players were out mng, and the 40k wasn't enough to buy a new one, so I had to hope nuffle was with me.

The first half started with me receiving... and after a very tough 5 turns I managed to get over the line for a score while a bunch of beastman were waving at the amazon they'd crowd surfed.

However I couldn't stop the Chaos side as they countered to equalise going into the 2nd half.

With the Chaos side receiving it was a fairly simple task to run in a TD, making my next turn a do or be die thrash towards the end zone... but unfortunately my 7 players on the field rolled a couple of sets of bad dice straight away, and the game was basically lost as the Chaos side made sure their numbers counted in defence.

The silver lining on this loss was that my thrower got +Ag, i got 2 players back (but lost one to mng) and +1ff, and 90k, letting me buy two more players... so I go into the next game a lot stronger!

Thanks for the game M'Kari... a deserved win... but I want a rematch soon! :-)”
