“FUMBBL SMACK Pro CLI Final
The Angels had a scary team, two claw/mb wolves, and Ramtut. Had to do some very heavy duty blocking and fouling to neutralize Ramtut at least and secure the win. My armor held up well, and they didn't get overly stellar dice so a win it is!
This game propelled my CR to #1 spot at 189.53 for the first time. :)

A close game where our defense was tasted and failed! We received the opening kickoff, but 5 of our players were quickly knocked off the pitch and so we had no choice by to score. Then our defense played well and we had a chance at the ball carrier - but we were a bit too aggressive...looking for the defensive TD, that when a few things went badly, the dwarf runner managed to slip through, avoid our blitz and then dodge away from our golem for the 1-1 tie.
The second half we started on defense, but on turn 2 we managed a 2d block on the ballcarrier and had the ball loose...unfortunately we could not capitalize and then Zara the Slayer had the ball and we could not generate any 2d (or even 1d) blocks on her and best we could do was force them to score before T16...it left us with 2 turns to score and we needed some good rolls on the passing, but the wight misthrow the ball and we ended up short of the endzone.
Overall, a good game, tough and brutal against dwarves as usual :)
