World-Edge Mountains Ogre-Ade 2007 - round 1
-------------------------------------------------------------------
This turned out to be a really enjoyable match despite me failing more than 50 % of my GFI's, virtually all dodge rolls (even with the AG 4 wight) and failed to inflict even a single KO during the entire match. Much of the credit for that was that I played a coach that showed sympathy and was honest about the difference in luck, something certain other coaches in the Orca-Cola franchise can learn from ;)

Before the match started me and BlackOrc decided to compete in our bad luck, and I ended up beating him in that competition with more than 2-1 ;)
I did however had quite a bit of luck during one turn in the 1st half. I failed my 4+ throw to score despite using a reroll, but to my amazement it scattered into the hands of Nightstalker. That was kind of cool, but I managed to win the competition anyway :)

The 0 % luck has a funny reason. I didn't have 0 % luck, even if it felt like that towards the end. It ended up like that because I managed to screw myself out of a skill-up throw in the final turn. You see, I joked about how Nuffle would deny it to me, but against my principles I made it. I was so surprised that I thanked Black Orc for the match and logged out before I had pressed End Turn. When we reloaded the match I of course failed the throw and since it caused a turn over in turn 8 the match uploaded and it was impossible to reload :D

Thanks a lot for the match, BlackOrc. Hope to be able to play you again, perhaps on a bit more even terms ;)

The words Pirog has in his Bio are just true. So far I thought I am very unlucky sometimes. Today he showed me what unluck is.
The dead's HeadCoach started with bad luck, but finally he scored a very funny TD: inaccurate pass into TDzone (4+ with RR), but ball scattered to aimed receiver who catched! At that point I thought he is not a true unlucker. I was wrong.
From this point on, he failed every other GFI and almost all dodges. This way there was no chance stopping my Orcs from scoring in 1st half.
The second half was topped with some Cas and many KOs - but KO was just as good as Cas: the Orc plan was to score in turn 8.
Skulls were not extremely frequent - it came up at the point when a simple push could half save the day for Pirog.
Orc armor is not bad, but my opponent seemed to believe it is unbreakable and when it broke, he was so much surprised he forgot to make any injuries. My only player who got KO result twice was guess who: the handicap IronMan, so that he stayed on pitch stunned.
Last turn a great achievement: SPP15 Wight made a Completion in Pouring Rain! Then the connection was lost and we had to reload. It reloaded just before the Pass Action. And it is not a fairy tail - the Replay of the Pass was...

However, Pirog took the whole story with great spirit and made a very funny chat.
