First drive we (almost) play like elves, are lucky and can score in t3. Dark elves resond quickly and tie it t6. A blitz allows the dark elves to get the ball. We get it loose but Merwyn catches it, eager to score a second TD, which he also does. First half ends and we count four double skulls for us. Combined with us playing worse, it could have been far worse than 1-2.

Second half, we start on defense but have an amazing first turn with loads of pow, and two elves leaving the field. Elves do a great play but we are even more lucky t2, again two elves leave the field and we get the ball lose. They recover it but we get a twodiceblitz on the ball carrier, only to roll a sixth double skull. No complaining from me since we are lucky with almost everything else. Still, we are not able to get the ball after several attempts and they can score t7.

Such a fun game. Close until the last couple of rounds. Luck changed dramatically from turn to turn. I did a crucial mistake and deserved to lose. Rematch soooon. ”
