Charioteer after charioteer foul, block, tackle, and gorge vampires...only to have their unholy flesh regenerate. Fueled by rage, and honed with hate, DeMaio finally decides to put a stake in it! Impaled in the heart, Pixar is downed and destroyed. His bloodstained head, twisted and cracked, is removed and prized upon the leader's chariot evermore. Hail!
The day of fate shines upon Warcry! Marked for death, Warcry is blessed with greatness and scores both TDs braving blitz after clawing blitz! Then earns the MVP!.....and ages to a second niggle!

The Charioteers are my favourite Norse team on site, so it was sweet to play them for the first time.
The game itself was a huge challenge, as the dice for both teams were so low that it was tough for either of us to strike for an advantage. It was quite a slow one as we both tried to coach ourselves away from the ones, the only time the dice came through were in acts of scoring or TD prevention. I got a nice 2 GFI run to go 1-0 up, Arktoris got one back, etc. I did get a couple of blitzes, but both kicks were too deep to unsettle AG4 at the back for the Charioteers, and actually just made scoring easier for them as I chased after both kicks with too much gusto. 3-2 to the Vampires was wrenched away by two Mino GFIs in the snow to surf, but I didn't mind too much, as I don't think either side deserved to lose.
