“The first half was an interesting one. You would have thought that this was clumsy orcs playing the way the ball was handled. Both sides had chances to pick up the ball and run with it, but both sides managed to fumble or fall over with the ball... until the 2nd last turn of the half when the Eagles did some good blocking and got a thrower onto the ball who chucked it into the endzone for one of the catches to pull in for the go ahead TD. The half also ended with the Fury losing a player due to an injury.

The second half started with a punishing drive for the Fury. By the time the ball was run into the end zone there were 4 Eagles left on the field but none of them would dare get up. The Fury ran it in in their 6th turn (after a couple more handling mishaps) with 7 Eagles in the injury boxes.

The Eagles started off gutsy in their 6th turn with only 7 players on the field, but their thrower let them down as a catcher ran down the field, fumbling the ball very close to the line of scrimmage while trying to pass it. The Fury swamped the ball with their numbers and picked it up in the 8th turn to run in the winning TD.

A good even-matched game that the Eagles suffered a bit of bad luck in.
