“Totally gutted... The Dead Boys crash out in the BBowl equivalent of the England team in a penalty shootout. The Dead Boys practically commanded the entire match with KOs and Cas running like water the RO died again! Apoth saved him tho.
Right to the wire the Dead Boys faught well positioned themselfs perfectly and countered strongly stopping the rats getting a hold. The end of the 2nd half and the Dead Boy had ran down the clock in a bid to get the game into overtime. Scoring on their turn 8 and setting up to kick in a standard one turner defence.
The gutter made three dodges and GFIs without a fail and the Dead Boys lose the match.
Well played Azure I hope Mummywell go easy on ya! ;)

A rematch of our regular season game and this time the Undead came out strong. They played incredible ball all game and never failed a ball handling roll - RRs spent on RRing push blocks instead of needing for pickups in the rain. They were just an amazing team out there...they looked like elves handling the ball and Claw/RSC Chaos on the blocking. Houston took the opening kickoff the length of the field, but then Undead responded with a risky pass and catch up the field. However, luck was with Houston as a quick snap gave the perfect position to one turn the next kickoff (had 2 turns to score) and with the push, Blinky carried the ball in for the TD and a 2-1 halftime lead.
The second half was brutal. KO and BH were both filled. However, mercifully no SI or RIPs (one RIP on rat ogre - but he was apoth'd). With time winding down, the Undead stalled, but did so poorly :) Tripping, the ball was free...but the attempt by the gutter runners to pass it upfield failed and every last ditch effort failed as well. The Undead scored to make it 2-2, but 1 turn remained...and Blinky who has been carrying the team during the cup run...did it again - using the last RR on the block to get a push - Blinky completed the one turn TD for the 3-2 win.
