“A pretty even game by ratings but I thought it was going to be tough knocking down this horde of dodging women (no less than 7 blodgers) with all of my team but 2 having nothing but block.

Things started out well with a blitz leaving the amazons with a lot of dodging to get into shape, eventually forming over at one side. I was able to use a horde of beastmen to my advantage but wasn't able to knock down the ball carrier (even using 3d rerolled at one point) and the girls would have almost certainly scored in the closing turns except for a trip up on a GFI.

0-0 at half time and a good kick put the ball right at the back in my endzone. Things looked a bit dodgy after a failed pickup but a couple turns later I was able to move the ball and a screen of beastmen up the sideline. At this point Kurghan's ladies saw red and started to ignore the play and start gang fouling prone beasties - the ref was onto them and sent off a good 4 players in a row. This let me handoff the ball to Ritter Paxxis who ran in the touchdown to get a skill and leave a few more turns for another attempt.

The girls could only line up 5 after their altercations with the ref and this meant it was fairly straightforward for the other chaos warrior to run in a TD for some important SPPs
