“We want to give a big shout of thanks out to the ref...our fans did not get the ref (well, the did after our T16) - however, the ref failed to notice any of the fouls that Meg and her friends did against the steriod laden necro team.

The first half, the necros received and the girls could do nothing...failing every block early, the defense was laughable as the ghoul scored for the 1-0 lead. Things got worse as there was a blitz on the kickoff...but the ball bounced away from the wight and Fiona (an elvish girl) picked up the ball hurried off...handed off to Anika and Anika slipped down the opposite side that the necros had stormed down. The half then ended in a 1-1 tie.

The second half, the girls received and were determined to stop the reign of terror by the werewolf and the other beasts. Meg was unstoppable, she threw a block that seriously injuried a wight (no regen) and then booted a ghoul for a serious injury as well. Two other fouls KOed a ghoul and wight as well...and a necro team without positionals suddenly can not compete. With the ref totally blind to the fouls, the amazons quickly had numbers and took their time to score for the 2-1 lead on T16.

The fun was not done as the necros had 1 turn to bash with and indeed they seriously injured Jane...then the werewolf wanted another bite and raced out on the blitz...only to trip on the gfi (no RR) and RI...err...badly hurt himself... :P

We inflicted no perm damage on the necros, but came away with the win and their next opponent should thank us for taking out two important positionals at least for one game!”
