“I was truely lucky in this game. too lucky in fact. It might help you sleep better knowing the very next game i got owned in a league match i'm in for keeps. Not seein 2 guarders and rushing the block saw an untimely turnover leave us out of position and a 2skill (both doubles, MB & D-Less) wolf exposed. he didn;t even have time to call for him mummy when a mummy blitzed him into the ground for good :(

All my December tournament matches - and that is close to 10 - have been uphill struggles. The blitzes, perfect defenses and heavy casualties have drizzled down like grey rain on a pissy Christmas Eve. Ironically enough my own luck in this match would likely have been enough to destroy any mortal opponent, but the G in G_Force stands for "God is on my side".
It was sheer craziness from G_Force during large parts of the match. A blitz on the kickoff, insane casualty rates, passes and even a 5+ dodge on a missclick in turn 8 with the ball carrier standing on the end zone line. I personally know that missclicks and GFI's across the end zone line are programmed to always fail, so God sure works in mysterious ways. Oh, and the sweltering heat took one of my blockers and my dirty player for the second half...
I lined up quite a few succesful dodges and 1d blocks, not to mention a very good regen rate (on the BH's...not on the RIP and MNG of course), but it never really got me anywhere in this match.
The turn coat bastard Gwindor even changed teams when he noticed how blessed G_Force is, but the joke is on him because it was revealed that the team is just waiting out retirement.
Fortunately enough G_Force compensates his evil luck with honesty and a sense of humour, so it wasn't as painful as it could have been. But it marked the end of my chances of winning this season I think.
