First half saw my beasties recive the ball, and slowly pound their way down the pitch. My opponent was outnumberd throuout, but still gave his defence everything he had. It wasn't enough to stop me though, and I scored on T8. It's interesting to note that by the end of the 1st half, neither of us had suffered anything worse than a Stun, amazing considering the number of MBs, Claws and DPs around.

2nd half started with a luck-out for me, with a "Back Kick" result landing the ball in the open, on the LOS in the wide zone. My opponent gatherd it up, and started his assult. At this point though things started to go horribly for my opponent. I dunno if he insulted Nuffle's children last night or something, but he just couldn't get a good dice roll. For about 3 turns it was complete dice-rape, with failed GFI's being Nuffle's favourite tickle. Blocks were a little more brutal this half, with Thud niggling (probably to be retired), and H dying at the hands of a crowdsurf. I didn't quite have the luck to score a 2nd TD, Horn falling in the endzone, but by the end whistle it didn't matter.

Such an odd game. I started off terrified of the power of my opponents team, only to the 1st half pass injury free, then nuffle to sit on my opponent in the 2nd. Gotta say I had my share of bad rolls too (look at the Luck-counter), but by outnumbering my opponet from the kick-off it didn't matter so much.
