“OBBA Season 4: Houston Strikes Back!

The elves came in and there was certainly some smack talk going on...the elves were impressive and fouled early and often (getting 2 players ejected early). However, Ryan Cochrane was having none of that and repeatedly smashed the elves down and out of the game. The only perm damage came from Simon Granger again...the expert boot removed a niggled elf for all time. With so many KOs recorded, Houston had to be careful elves returning en masse and mounting a comeback...but it never happened and soon only 3-4 elves were on the field at any one time and 2 rookies each scored 2 TDs to get their first skills.

An excellent game that helps to rebuild some of the lost confidence of Houston. Time will tell if Houston can truly return to their former glory, or if this is just a minor blip on their downward spirl.”
