“Kondor crossed the pitch, and shook hands with Coach Fassan. He had played a great game, but as usual, bonehead turned out to be the ogre's greatest enemy. He came into the match down men, and still made a good game of it. The score does not really reflect the quality of the match.

As usual, Kondor reflected on how things went. He noted that Fassan had made some fouling errors with his goblins resulting in two of them being ejected from the game without having any other real impact. The fouls were mostly unassisted, and hence, not very well planned out. Too many chaos players clogging up tackle zones for proper assists. Only Akashwani caused a casualty, and still at the end of the game only the four ogres remained on the field.

Also, a turn 16 foul is poor form, and will lead to some coaches blacklisting you. It does no good to your team and only leads to hard feelings for future games.

As Kondor headed for the locker room, he noticed one of the beasts kicking the already niggled Merlin the Diviner. Ribs cracked, and the coach made a decision. Merlin would be fired, and Akashwani would be promoted to kicker. Add to that, Zoltar the chaos warrior, and the team was coming right along.”
