“Kondor crossed the field and shook hands with his counterpart Obsidian Nova. The pillars had simply outplayed his boys. There was no excuse for it. They did it even with the ref in their back pocket most of the second half. Still, they chose not to foul.

Hats off for the sportsmanship. It is not something you see a lot.

Returning to the locker room, Kondor scratched his beard wondering what was wrong. Perhaps, he simply was not a very good dwarf coach. Still, it was too early to tell. He would have to give them a little more effort.
