Nobody expected Organized Konfusion to get past the first round, but through a surprising victory against the chaos dwarves they met there and a W/O in the next round they suddenly found themselves in the semi-final against Valhalla's Guardians.
It was a match that on paper looked like it could be hillarious, but unfortunately coach brain01 can take the fun out of every situation on Fumbbl.
In the first round the norsemen dominated the match and stalled themselves to a comfortable 1-0 lead. They also managed to badly injure the troll Cyclopz and the goblin Murda.
In the second half Organized Konfusion scored some early KO's and managed to slip through the opponent defenses to tie the match. Valhalla's Guardians tried an offensive launch, but was stopped by the goblins.
The match went to OT where Organized Konfusion started with the ball. Grom managed to get Big Mouf launched through the air, and if Blood Bowl or life in general was fair he would have stayed on his feet. Instead he fell and the norsemen recovered the ball.
Brain01 then honorable stalled the whole half so he could bash the poor remaining goblins and also took his time to gangfoul in T7 of the OT period when I had two prone players left. For that he is awarded the [Beep...] [Beep...] Cup. Congratulations brain. Now you got an award even if you should fail to win the final.
Edit: It's not whining. It's not like I expected a win with goblins against a norse team at this level. I'm simply commenting on you behaving like a [Beep...]. Something even a spectator that PM'ed me after the match agreed on. Be assured, I wouldn't find you a less [Beep...] person if I had managed to win.
/The Blood Bowl Gaming Commission would like to apologize to it's viewers for the offensive language. We make our utmost for you to enjoy neck shattering elbow tackles, groin tearing kicks and the occasional stabbing, but we do not in any way want to subject you to foul language.
