“Season 26 - Game 2
Sergio Tacchini Terror Squad came out firing on all pistons in this morning match up against the Wood Elves Gladesville Huggers. The Terror Squad were given some knuckledusters and sought the help of Nobbla Blackwart and his chainsaw.

Nobbla quickly made short work of the Wardancer Taure, seriously injuring him. The Wood Elves quickly hit back with Calanor killing the troll Bkoz Madbasher who fortunately regenerated.

Some luck from Nuffle allowed the Terror Squad to score in turn 5. The following kickoff the Terror Squad put up some great defence and forcing the Wood Elves to push their luck just that little bit too far. Their only hope of a first half touchdown was thwarted when the player tripped going for it to the end zone.

A Blitz to start the second half and the goblins swarmed forward getting a player under the ball using the ye olde throw team mate manuvour. Alas Krebn Darkstalkers’ little warty fingers couldn’t hold the ball and it went out causing a touch back. Advantage Wood Elves!

The Wood Elves came strong down the right side and even Nobbla on his second attempt at the remaining wardancer couldn’t cut his way through the armour and injury him. Gladesville Huggers score easily tying the game up early in the second half.

The ref embarrassed by Nobblas’ feeble attempts on the remaining wardancer had no choice but to ban him from the remainder of the game. A pitch invasion saw 2 members of the Wood Elves stunned along with a troll from the Terror Squad, but the Terror Squad were once again able to score quickly.

The ref seeing that the goblins had numerical advantage decided to sweeten the deal a little more and was turning a blind eye to any fouling. A prime opportunity for Kat Foulbrain to make a drive on the bronze boot trophy at the seasons end.

In the dying moments of the game the Wood Elf thrower Amras fumbled the ball and the goblins swarmed over it. Hope wasn’t lost to the Gladesville Huggers entirely with a blitz on the troll pushing the ball out from within reach of the goblins. Amras quickly scooped up the ball from within the tackle zone of the troll Bkoz Madbasher but couldn’t quite dodge from his huge warty fingers.
