“The Darkies First Win!!! Helped out immensely by the luck of ahalfling (rolled at least one trip skull that I can remember, as well as a few doubles), the Darkies were able to scamper and elf their way to a 1st half TD and then get the ball away from a (touchback) Ogre early in the 2nd. The ball changed hands several times, but eventually came to rest on the ground where it stayed. Was able to fire a niggler and rehire a replacement. One more to go and we'll be back to our starting full strength!
