“Seeking to gain some points after their defeat last week, the Dwarf-Tigers took to the Blood Bowl pitch for a heated affair with Rivals Khazad-Dum FC.

Dwarf fouls by Dawson and Brown allowed Hull to take early advantage on numbers. Hull 'mostly' stuck to the plan to grind down the pitch and get the go-ahead score. But as always things do not go according to plan. Once Hull was near the goal line, Captain Dean Windass demanded the ball so he could score instead of up and coming Runner Ian Ashbeard. Weeks of speculation as to whether there was a rift in the Hull Locker room between Windass and Ashbeard were proven correct right there on the pitch! During the arguement over who would score Windass pulled the ball away from Ashbeard and it fell to the ground.

Hull manager Stinkytroll had this to say "...I can't believe I'm seeing this...."

Luckily the Khazad-Dum attempt to punt the ball to safety was fumbled. Ashbeard then scooped up the fumbled punt and ran in for the score.

2nd Half

Khazad Dum receives and begins the attack, but the Dwarf Tigers catch them unawares and set up a Not-So-Perfect Defense. Veteran Blitzer Karm Nav Lobemm scampers down the field to catch a pass and go in for the equalizer.

Due to KO's and injuries the Dwarf Tigers outnumber the Dark Elves and are confident they can score a game winner. But the Dwarf line is unable to hold and the ball is taken away and moved within scoring range for Khazad Dum. Hull defenders scramble back and knock the ball loose. Captain Windass runs back and launches a pass to fellow Blitzer Dean Marney who gets the ball to Geo-Vanni for the game winner!

The game winning Windass pass may be enough to counter his antics from the first half, but only the players know what goes on in the Dwarf Tiger locker room....only the Hull players can stand the smell of the locker room...”
