“Our orcs take on somertown's necromantics. They have just one werewolf but he's a goody with block and mighty blow - could be painful if we can't remove him.
We kick and they end their turn slightly early when their wight fails to pick up the ball. We respond by gang fouling a skill-less flesh golem into the BH box and push through after the ball. But they escape well, running around one side and then downfield. We try our best to catch the ghoul but only a single tackle-less blitzer can get near and the ghoul easily evades him over a couple of turns to score on turn 8.
We have one turn left in the half but foolishly forget to set up our goblin! Instead we punch over all 3 zombies on the LOS causing two BHs (one regen) and a KO (wakes up). This means they have 10 vs our 12 for the 2nd half.
And our first turn foul KILLs a DP zombie, though he regens. We push forward against some impressive but desperate defense, slowly removing players, and finally scoring on our final turn to make it 1-1.
