As the Runners kicked off to start the game, one of their fans threw a rock and hit the Sea Elves Catcher Cerith and stunned him. Cerith got his head together and scored on turn 3 to go up 1-0. As the Sea Elves kicked off, the Runners quick snapped. The Sea Elves took advantage of the Runners misfortunes and got the ball and scored on turn 8 to go up 2-0. As the Sea Elves kicked off again, the Runners once again quick snapped. Whistle blew and half ended 2-0 Sea Elves.
As the Sea Elves kicked off to start the 2nd half, the Runners were awarded an extra team reroll.
