After today's match, I rounded the guys up for a talk, to praise their performance. It could have been better, but it's better to shed a few good words than always push them down.
I gave the boys two more hours of sleep - I usually do after a win - and then the practice started, and I noticed that Gavin is gaining in confidence. He's showing ball-handling skills, I just hope his drinking won't get worse.
