“A match of two halves. Some pretty poor luck left my ball carrier vulnerable in the first half. Positioning to blitz a gap, but rolled double 1 on the gfi I needed. Carrier lost the ball on a blitz, but in three attempts to blitz the player back, I failed, (failed pushback to get the gap, and two sets of double 1s - one gfi and one str 6 break tackle dodge). Teflon dwarf, clearly!

Second half, much better. When kicking, I managed to make the dwarves lose the ball twice (chuffed about creating the first chance from outside an 5-man cage). First time bounced to his player - caught on a 6. Second time, I gathered up, but didn't have enough players left to protect the carrier.

Second game running in which my MB players have utterly failed to come through with anything more than a stun. Hashut is watching very closely...

In the second half, we had to reload at the end (too busy talking), and consequently, the only SPP I'd gained from the match (a successful pass in the last turn), was lost when I failed to repeat a completed throw.

Sad end to a fun match. Not a lot in it, and I fancy my chances next time!
