“Let me just start by saying that this was a great match and the most fun I've had in BB for a while. :)
The Dodgers must have bulldozed one of Nuffle's shrines to plant a forest or something, because they haven't been able to get a break since the beginning of this league. The first game ended with three dead elves, including the team's kicker and Wardancer. After getting slapped around in their second game, I had enough.
I decided to use Nuffle's curse an make it my goal to end every match with no players on the field. To this end, during the second half, when Arghh got the ref, I asked, nay, BEGGED him to foul every turn and put my team out of his misery.
He grudging complied.
The carnage was instant. Every turn saw broken woodie bodies carried (or scraped) off the field. This cuminated in a SPECTACULAR 8 man foul on my last player by a DP on the last turn of the game. Hal Coolbrook responded in the only way a wood elf can, by promptly dying. :D
Let me just restate that Arghh is an excellent sportsman and actually offered to stop fouling after my third CAS in the first half. It was only after several prompts on my part that he played along and anniliated my team. I look foreward to playing him again.

From the start, this one of those matches which is always going to be totally one-sided. Beginning with a depleted side, elves started dropping at an alarming rate, through blocks, failed dodges, and a foul or two. My opponent failed three times to pick up the ball - with elves!?
It was when he was reduced to 5 players, that I got the ref...
Cheered by Wardenroake, the game concluded with an 8-man gang foul with DP on the last elf player on the pitch - RIP.
Five nil and a pitch clearance. I feel dirty...
