“The Behemoths played their first game during fumbbl's 7th birthday expecting a smattering of the walking dead, only to find themselves ambushed 'thriller' style by the Full Moons coached by Lukan.

Clearly disheartened by the sheer smell emnating from these fiends, the Behemoths managed to fumble spectacularly in the opening stages of the first half, Helmut's SH/Pass skills seemingly non-existant. The Full Moon's defensive game was strong, but not strong enough to prevent a breakthrough by Adolph Stresse who caught the long pass from Arnold with the help of a reroll turning the score to 1:0.

Despite forming a near impenentrable wall of walking corpses, the Full Moons struggled to push up field, certainly not helped as a zealous Behemoth fan landed a rock on Igneous the flesh golem, niggling him with a fractured leg that couldn't be fixed by the team's necromancers. Several badly positioned blocks by the frenzied werewolves and careful use of the chainpush exposed the werewolf ball carrier enough times for a 1db to knock the ball from his hands into the waiting arms of Otto Jaeger who ran for the second touchdown in the closing minutes of the match.

The luck meter pretty accurately reflects the game in this case, despite a reloaded save with less than steller dice on both sides.
