“Second game with Chaos Flings. I am really liking them so far. This was a much closer game than their first one. I took the opening kickoff, then caged up. Unfortunately, I didn't do a good job and the ball popped loose. I made several attempts to retrieve it, but was thwarted by some bad Wild Animal rolls and a nice triple skull on a mino blitz. I was forced to attempt a TTM with time running out but alas, another Wild Animal roll. Minotaurs are not good TTM players :( Second half I couldn't prevent the score, but I forced the Nurglings to score early. I had enough time to get into the endzone, when a very timely 1 die block knocked the ball loose. With seconds expiring, I made a heroic effort to knock everything on the pitch down, clearing several players. On turn 8 I went for the ball, picked up it but had to use a reroll. That was costly because the handoff failed and the game ended. Oh well, I would have needed 2 GFIs and the halfling with the ball probably would have fallen and killed himself. As it is, I got FF increase, enough money to buy another halfling, and 11 SPP (but no skills).
