“The shambling undead got off to a good first drive, with Smokescreen dodging through Euprepio's tackles to lay a blitz on Tiliqua and open it up for Barrelplunge to leap over Thin Lizzie's swishing tail for the score. The lizards drove back but unfortunately the half ran short with Odatria Jnr in open field and carrying the ball forward.

Second half began with a clear number advantage to the Lizards and a TB to Thin Lizzie. Unfortunately the Kroxi was too stupid to score and Foxfire pried the ball loose with a block against the strong ball-carrier. The ghoul swooped and collected the ball but wasn't in possession long. Scalaris' frenzied blitz stunned him and Odatria picked up the loose ball to score the TD that had eluded him in the first half. Bassiana's block sent Foxfire to the duggout and the Lizard fans were cheering.

A full ground press on the kick wasn't enough to prevent a risky pass to snake eyes on the sideline, but primordius broke a tackle to blitz him down and when Tiliqua recovered the football and handed off to Scincidae Jnr the sure-footed skink was able to outpass the undead and win the match.

Thanks to relezite who put up a spirited fiht until the weight of numbers overwhelemed him.
