“Game two going much better for the elves than game 1!
Handicap: Knuckledusters on my blitzer.
Again starting with a Blitz! for the elves, not knocking down anyone but at least not harming me. Closed the rats down a bit too so good start. First turn rats secure the ball. In return I KO a linerat then blitz down a storm vermin and DP-foul him out for BH. Rats bash an elf lino into the BH box in return but leave the gutter holding the ball in range. I (with a dodge and two gfi) hit him, KOing him. A couple of turns of scrambling later and I manage to pick the ball up and try and leg it. The ball carrier gets taken down, but the next turn I recover it and hold it till the half ends - helped by inept rats failing dodges left right and centre. One more line rat taken off the pitch (SI -av) before the half ends.
Second half and its 7 vs. 7. Trying to foul out the ratty DP gets my own DP sent off, oops? Harsh ref! Both of us burn our rerolls on multi-skull fun... very bad half so far for us both. Two KO'd rats swing the numbers-game back in my favour and there is little lukas can do to stop me from stalling out the half. His rats again showing a total inability to dodge or GFI really doesn't help matters. Scoring with two turns left and heat takes out two of his to one of mine, leaving him 5 vs my 6. Nothing more much happens :p
Was a fun game - if his rats wern't so fragile it'd have been closer! I was happy enough mind ;)
One skill-up for me -> +ST. Bets he dies next game? :)
Looks like the rats got a couple of doubles rolls to try and trouble the orcs with. Good luck in your last game! At least you're up to healthy numbers again. 10k too little winnings sees me still at just 10 men, unless I choose to freeboot. Tempting... bad long-term but might give me a shot at the next game! I'll wait and see what happens in the orc-khemri match before I decide.

The WI Undergrounders spent the majority of the game attempting to chase down elves that had somehow ran through the team and parked at our end-zone, and as dodge after block after dodge came back with rats knocking themselfs prone or out, it became how many the elevs would score.
Cant take anything away from asharak, he played a good game and i look forward to facing him again on the pitch.
Now to get the rats out of their "paper-machie" armour and into some real stuff....”
