Anyway, this one started with my computer freezing which, as it came just after the handicaps, could have easily been viewed by an opponent who'd never played me before as "rather convenient" seeing as how Virus would leave me with a single player for the match...

Clearly, this was the case :)

So we reloaded, and while still upset at the implied accusation of cheating, I nobly set up my lone boy (not girl!) on LoS and get on with it, leaving the tree and the other catcher sitting idly by.

Wait! What's this? A ghoul with +1AG thanks to illegal drugs, one of the handicaps obtained after the reload? Well surely, having been so desperate to play a fair game, my opponent would never actually consider using him during the game...

Oh, wait, I guess he would... that's him with the 4 completions to his credit, so what with the extra ability to pick up the ball in the first place, that's a pretty big bonus for a handicap he wasn't supposed to be using...

Anyway, outnumbered as I was 14-1 and with, it would seem, 10 handicaps against me, it came as no surprise that my opponent felt the need to make sure I couldn't do anything by lavishing 3 gang fouls on me. Of course, somewhere in among all the other goodies he had "Get the Ref" so I guess it would have been unsporting not to use it.

Sadly, with only one St2 player I was limited to trying to score and leaving the blocking for another day. Still, 2 TDs was not bad considering.

ourbee did apologise, but I'm still not sure whether it was for accusing me of cheating, or for cheating himself.
