“Yeah, that's right: 18 turns! We had 2 Riots back to back in the 2nd half, rolling us from T7 to T6, then later from T8 to T7.

Highlights for my norse boys (no one is interested in Wood Elf highlights anyway):

2nd half, T6 first time - Buliwyf (Snow Troll) dodges away from the tree and then makes a GFI to plunge into a crowd of woodies, taking away assists so Weath could blitz free. He still didn't stop the Wardancer from scoring :(

2nd half, T7 first time - rookie lineman (forget which one) hands off to Ragnar, who then runs across the pitch and passes to Weath. Weath attempts to blitz free from a catcher, but can only get a push, so he has to make 2 4+ dodges, followed by a 3+ dodge and 2 GFIs to score. The only reroll used was the Dodge reroll. \o/

This was a very fun game, though I'm a bit ashamed of my vikings for getting out blocked AND out bashed. Granted, 2 of the woodies' CAS came from dirty fouls, but so did 1 of mine. I did complete more passes than the woodies and committed more fouls, so we have something we can be proud of. And this may have been our first game in the new box against a team that didn't have Claw and 2 or more Mighty Blow players. But AV 7 is still AV 7 (except when the AV 7 is elves).

Great game, Kryten, and very exciting. Now make your Wardancer and your AG 5 Line elf go do some extra ballhandling drills so they stop snaking important pickups/quick passes :)”
