“We receive first and push through with some help from our rerolls despite stiff resistance from the khemri. We've taken two KOs and a crowdpush so we're down 3 players by T5 though we have the ball right beside their endzone. They fail to threaten it but KO another player so we make it 1-0 while we can.

Three turns for the khemri to equalise, but no RRs means they can't even get the ball out of their own half. We take another KO (our leader) and he fails to wake up so we've 10 as we kick off for the 2nd half. They run the ball into our half but we're able to temporarily knock it free with our dark elf on T2. They surround the area, but then their thro-ra fumbles the pickup and the crowd helpfully throw it back into their half! We can break a marauder free and he grabs the ball and runs it deep into their half. What a sudden turnaround!

We stall the clock for a couple of turns before making it 2-0 on T6. We've taken a few more KOs and our dark elf's been BH'd with a foul so we set up 9 vs 10 as we kick off again. We get a blitz that lets us chase after the ball, but their thro-ra makes a nice pass to a skeleton to get it straight into our half... til he trips on a GFI. They can no longer reach our endzone before the final whistle but do score another BH in their last turn.
