“I lucked into the tie...

1st half, I was driving down field, but got a little bogged down..Still, I had the ball and was in Dwarven territory..when I moved my Troll, dodging into a TZ for a 6+ that of course failed.. Lost the ball and barely was able to keep enough pressure on the dwarves to keep them from scoring.

2nd half had 9 Orcs vs 10 dwarves and a DR. Soon, I was down to 8, then 7..then 6. Not able to mount a defense, I started a fouling campaign, targeting stragglers..1st one, SI, 2nd one BH..this prompted the Dwarven coach to go ahead and score.

Got some KO's back, and it was still 9 to 11. Couple of stuns on the KO, and I moved players downfield on both flanks. next turn, one side (of course, can't blitz 2x's) was stills standing, and in only 1 TZ..so I tried a LP (4+ due to accurate)..fumble. But I get lucky when he tries to move his runner up and fails a GFI. so, now a qp after knocking the TS marker off the reciever. can't catch it. The dwarves move a runner to mark the ball, then a blocker that ws down tries to come over..faling the GFI..So, I knock the runner down, then pick up the ball and score to tie the game on turn 8..wow. Lot of luck involved with that.
