Yet another loss. As sour as it comes, it is merely a matter of time before the Sunken Horrors will gather themselves once more to scourge the land with water and drown all that walks.

There is not much to be said about the first drive. Elves are elves, and Gador Coron is one fine example of speed and elegance, and if an Elf team wishes to score relatively quickly when they have the ball and numbers are not yet thinned out, it is almost impossible to stop them.
The Sunken Horrors accepted that, and countered in the second drive, but time turned out to be too limited to score. Perhaps it would have worked had there been more haste in the offence, but that might have been dangerous.

It was the second half where the game was truly lost though, as the elves had yet another formidable kick, giving them time to send in players into the half of the Sunken Horrors. With forced spread out across the pitch, disaster struck for the Horrors, and there the game was lost. It seemed that at that point, the will and determination of the Sunken Horrors had been lost too, and while they kept blocking and hitting, it remained a lackluster showing.

Brian Palerock has now joined the Fields of Deep Sleep, and some have started to say that perhaps a new Team Captain is needed... For now, Sphlynx is still holding onto his position of honour.”
