This win proves (to me at least) that Guard is by far the most valuable skill a amazon blitzer can get even in lieu of doubles and possibly stat upgrades.

Opponent played very well (as always), but the need for pows on virtual every block (only one block saurus) means that of those 39 blocks (most being 2db) you'd expect pows on 55% so about 20 blocks and to break av approx 9 times (discounting the Krox MB). Just too hard to do damage given those odds.

We were able to pick off some of the skinks with some good blitzes of the ball carrier due to some loose caging. After that we secured the ball and got the turn 8 TD.

Opponent had bad KO rolls which just about sealed the match. Too hard to position outmanned.

Well played. Give the lizards a few more games and some skills and we will be in for a hurting.
