“Dreadknights won the coin toss and chose to kick. Watfordenheim Hornets didn't mess around today and went for a quick score. Lorik Goitom was thrown the ball and the Legend sprinted all the way from the line of scrimmage to the end zone to put his team up by one. "A bit dull, but he (Lorik) needs to regain his scoring title," explained Coach Dynaom380 as he addressed the crowd.

DK received with the rest of the first half to put together their drive but WH hit them with a Blitz! This put plenty of pressure on the Dark Elf front lines, leaving Talion marked by two Human players. DK disengaged from the LOS and returned to assist their Runner in the backfield. It was Draeke that was able to pick up the ball and he ran it up the left side of the field. Rookie Human Blitzer, Luther Barnes, tried to chase him down but stumbled and fell cracking his head open on the unforgiving ground. Bloody tracks would mark Draeke's passing as the Dark Elf sped up into the end zone to tie the game at the half.

DK received in the second half and the rain started to pour. They started to ground and pound the Human forces trying to wear them out. Lorik bypassed the front lines and went behind the scenes to try to steal the ball in front of Talion. The ball slipped out of his hands and into Talion's. Talion shoved Lorik away and ran towards his teammates where he was put in a loose cage. The ball would be stripped from him but D'Angelo was there to recover it. That would be the closest WH would get at the ball again as the slippery ground and relentless Dark Elf blocking took its toll on the Humans sending many to the KO box. Coach Dynamo380 started wondering if the new cushions and incense he had placed in the KO box made it too comfortable in there.

Soon only three WH players were left on the field and D'Angelo would score on their last turn. The Humans had one more turn but their one turn scorer, Lorik, remained unconcious leaving them with no chance to pull out a draw.
