The battle started with a short kickoff that bounced out of the hands of Buddy Flayfoe and into the hands of Taxodium Distichum, who, shocked by suddenly being a ball carrier, immediately took root and handed off to Colby Hillmas. Despite an unusual amount of blood added to the dishes (curried blood sausage, curried blood pudding. . . )from an unusual number of casualties in a halfling vs. halfling match, with Wolfsbane Puck leading the way, a turnover lead to Coconut Milk getting the first half touchdown for team Curry.

The second half began with a strange formation (I accidentally lined them up for offense instead of defense. . .oops) and Team Curry was driving again, when a failed throw team mate by Cinnamon Sticks resulted in a turnover. Mori "Masher" Hairfoot tried to run it back, but the drive stalled out three quartersof the way down the field, and despite a desperation pass to leading hitter Puck, time ran out before the equalizer could be scored.

So who took it, whose blood bowl dreams reigned supreme?
