“As the snow lay on the ground the Human and Underworld teams took to the field.
The Blots had not had a win in 9 matches and the Gits were undefeated, as the referee
blew the whistle to start the game the winds dropped and the sun broke through starting the thaw
some early pressure by the Creeping Gits defence popped the ball free and had the Golf boys scurrying to recover, the ball bounced arround and players from both teams tried to cover it. Then Hot Shot went for the pick up squeezing into two tackle zones he fell and the ball bounced nicely for Miguel Angel Sancho to gather up, some poor blocking by Presidente Peron left an opening for the Gitz to exploit.
Hot Shot took the oppotunity and sprung the ball again, but failed to capitilise on the opportunity and after some more poor blocks from the humans Miguel Angel managed to get himself down the feild a trip by Green Lanter II left the way to the endzone clear. 1-0 Blots right at the end of the first half, but not before the death of Feliciano Gambarte slain of a block by Far Reach.

Kick off then half time break................. No Bright Brain hurls Green Grass down the field for the goblin to romp in tying the match.

Gitz now to return and start proceeding down their left flank Razor Tongue carrying the ball, Croke stumbled at Bright Brains feet and the humans were looking streatched, Bright Brain then messed his block up on the light catcher Jorge which allowed Peon to make a telling block on Razor Tongue.
Scary Fur then failed in a dodge as he tried for the ball which saw the Creeping Gitz start to get rattled and then a failed block Kreech saw the luck and fight drain from the Underworld team.
Their numbers dropping Creeping Gitz could not prevent Miguel scoring his second touchdown.

Giving the Blots there first win in what seems like ages.”
