“The red rodent army was graced with a great honour when the legendary revolutionary Fumbbl leader Shadow46x2 agreed to suit up with the peoples team to take the field against the Dracula's capitalist swine. Moral was high amongst the socialist warriors.

The match started with a gaffe that saw the immoral degenerates of Dracula retrieve the ball and quickly secure it behind a well constructed and virtually impenetrable box. However the peoples hero Shadow quickly rose up to show the bourgeois vermin the error of their ways. Like the mighty David facing Goliath, Shadow let loose his bomb and perfectly caught all members of the box off guard knocking all to the earth. The ball jarred loose and bounced for easy retrieval by the Krusaders. Just as the Bolshevik Muridae we celebrating in exhalation the unimaginable materialized. The timekeeper called a fault against the peoples red rodent legion and ended an easy touchdown score.

The effete degenerates from Dracula's 11 wasted no time on this clear gift from the officials and quickly secured the loose ball and once against boxed things up to protected. However the mythical Shadow once again would not be denied. A second impeccable thrust saw the ball carrier and all those protecting him again plunge into the dirt. Once again as the peoples army were about to rush to secure the loose ball the timekeeper called yet another fault against them and turning play once more over to the nefarious Nosferatu, who pounced once more on the unsecured ball. The half ended with the vile vampires up 1-0.

The second half saw the our heroes forced to kick off. The plutocrat phantasms promptly protected the pigskin again. For the third time the revolutionary leader for the Fumbbl people bombarded this fearsome foe, and as before the decadent demons were tossed asunder. However this time just as the timekeeper called foul for the triennial time the rodents knew the true face of their betrayer.

With horror and disgust they saw Fumbbl's hero signal the timekeeper to call the fault. The apparatchik murine were flabbergasted as they watched helplessly whilst the parasitical poltergeist plucked the pigskin anew and proceeded to plod towards the end zone. The treachery complete the Krusaders forced to accept a lose handed to them by a once great idol. The red rodent regiments will not forget, and will have vengeance upon those that are seduced by the sirens call of glutenous greed. As the prodigious peoples hero Fidel Castro pronounced:

"No thieves, no traitors, no interventionists! This time the revolution is for real!"

***COACHES COMMENT: This game was a Kobayashi Maru. A bug in the client caused the turnovers that would of easily handed the game to me. If the bugs were fixed drunkagent would have equal grounds to call foul as I was handed such an overpowered weapon in Shadow. Perhaps the egalitarian thing would be to arrange a tie, however that is a clear violation of Fumbbl's code of ethics. As such I sincerely say that I'm glad to not be the one forced to take such a victory, and I know drunkagent feels the same. He is a very good sport put in an unenviable spot. He was gracious in victory and I'm sorry that you had to take such a hollow one. I welcome a rematch anytime sir. You are a credit to the Fumbbl community and I wanted to acknowledge this.
