“Well that was a nightmare” - Tomay

The Brawlers showed up to the game against Psych Lab optimistic, given their run of recent success. However, it soon became obvious that they were not able to match their far more experienced opponents. Not only did the Brawlers battle with the bounce of the ball, they struggled to match the consistently strong individual performances of Psych Lab. The only hope for the Brawlers who were outgunned in terms of speed and skill was to hurt their fragile opponents. Unfortunately, Psych Lab showed up determined to be tough and to get the jump on the Brawlers. This was seen in the second half when they successfully caught the Brawlers unaware with two blitzes. To add damage to defeat, the Brawler’s star player – The Rover – had his career ended when his collar bone was smashed by Kate in a star performance.
