The travel to Borosia had been long, and the elves were tired. Their first challenge upon arriving was the Burning Talon, a team of lizard things that reminded the Cult all too much of the Swallowers back home.
Angry and fearful, they set about destroying their opponents with a wrathful vengeance. They lost the game, unable to tackle some of the stronger lizards, but at the end of the war 2 lizards lay dead, and a third was only saved by the quick application of healing magic. The knives were out, and the lizards lay stabbed and broken. Mandara, still nursing his wounds suffered on the Shadowspire was hurt again, having his hip smashed by one of the brutes. His lay-off will be long and it remains to be seen whether he will return to the field.

Far more organised than in Ryder's Cove, the Burning Talon is invited to compete in the upcoming Calthor Cup, but also learn of presence of a team from Saarth - the home of those hated Swallowers. A challenge is quickly dispatched, only to be met by some elves calling themselves the Cult of Moon. The Burning Talon hates Saarthians, and they hate Cults.
Come the final whistle, bitter little Adohitza lay dead, stabbed by the Ears of Lunaros, and Limundi torn to peices by the Borosian crowd - order and harmony remains a shield of lies for these people. Garadohi was very nearly finished by Mandara, but swift medical attention and the fist of Ankhali ensured that the Ears of Lunaros would not claim any more lives this game.
Another victory, and a taste of Saarthian elves for the Fire Lizard's table.”
