“Hair, skin, blood, some bone splinters and even the occasional eye got flung into the stands today as the Nuzzling Necroes tore up the masked harlequins. The Elves brought a wizard and the excellent Prince Moranion to the game but it was to no avail. The wizard did his job but the elves didn't get to use it to its full potential as a score was prevented (no so much by skill as dice). Prince Moranion found himself on the ground quite early in the game and the zombies of the Necroes firmly put their boots on his face (and ribs, legs, groin, arms, hands, feet, hair, pointy ears and anything else stompable) and saw him leave the game quite badly hurt. More hurting was done by both the Necroes and the harlequins themselves as they tried to dodge away from the hungry horde of zombies, wights, golems and werewolves.

When the game's over, Linalf the line elf starts to stir and stands up. The harlequins feel relieved as they'd feared to have lost him. There's several players unable to play the next match so anyone still standing will be of good use. That's when they hear Linalf's moan... "brrrrraaaaiiinnzzzzz... bbbblllooooooooood..... ballllllzzzzz". The harlequins bolt away, not needing to re-roll any dodges as they flee the stadium.
