A very tight game against a very good coach. Although I had the TV advantage, I knew this game would be challenging and it was. I made some minor mistakes but I feel I recovered well and I learned a few things too. I gave p4m a great shot with his wizard at no less than 6 of my players. The wizard knocked down 2 and hurt my killer wight, but he regenned. 2 out of 6 was not what the necros were looking for but it was good for us. Both teams did well to score in their respective halves (me in the 1st, p4m in the 2nd).

P4m won the OT coin flip but was outnumbered 9 to 11. The kick went out of bounds and he gave the ball to his M9 wolf, and. He got the wolf into scoring position and protected him well. I decided to just mark 'and' with as many tacklers as I could and put a Diving Tackler in the path I thought he would take towards the endzone. It didn't matter as 'and' failed the first dodge and removed himself from the game. The ball bounced all the way into my endzone and it took me a few turns to get it moving forwards (a bobbled hand-off ate the last reroll). But I finally got it into Thufir's capable hands and trundled to win before the final whistle blew.

Of the 4 injuries I received, 1 was to the Sure-Hands ghoul (a mistake on my part to let him get hit). I regenerated 2 of the other 3. The only shadow over the proceedings was the injury to poor Esmar Tuek that he didn't regen. He's a core member of the team but with so many injuries already, his future is in doubt. A skeleton that moves like a zombie is quite the hindrance, but his skills are still useful. Perhaps I'll move him to the LOS.
