“The only thing I really can say is when your strategy gets the breaks (it's almost always armor) it is hard to lose. Still, he could have tied it if he had more caging on turn 6 of the 2nd half as it was only 2-1 at that point.
I love being an underdog because you get to try out fun things and sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesnt.
Oh one thing that did strike me was the skills he had on his saurus. It didnt seem like he had very much tackle and it would have been the difference if he had. It sucks that saurus seem really great early on (6 S4 block players with S access, hell yeah) until you realize you are really bound in their utility. What are you giving up to take tackle? and in Box it seems like tackle is a waste except on 2-3 players. Is the answer to take diving tackle on skinks (honestly I'd probably blitz the skink next to the ball carrier and run away in that case almost neccesitating side step to be taken in conjunction. do skinks even live that long?) I dont know but it seems that I really benefit from the TV he plays at against the teams he plays against. ”

It's only about once a year that I get annoyed at in-game events... this one stretched my patience.
A string of 1-2 assist Skaven fouls (no Dirty Player, no ejections) caused 4 casualties, including badly hurting our ball-carrier and causing 2 stat decreases on saurus. The first was Turn-1, and the apothecary stepped in... and later on, Rhonda was not so lucky, and fouled out of her career.
Rhonda Snord was the top Lizard star in the division by a significant margin. (Also, Top Blocker.) She was the most accomplished of the team's major players, and the only one that hadn't yet been victim to a crippling injury.
To be honest, it just felt like a waste of good player material that would have been better-suited punishing one of those dreadful Chaos or Dwarf teams. That would have been a more fitting end. (I don't begrudge fouling, or mrt1212's play-style, but it was not the end she deserved...)
