#3 Evil KenThis – Damaged Back (NI)
#5 Smelly KenThis – Dead (RIP)
I didn't give you advice. I replied to your whining.
I tend to keep my own counsel but I when you blame poor play on 'luck' I'm going to call you on it.

My comments stand. You can't blame luck if your play is poor.
Failing dice rolls happens. The more dice you roll the more chances of rolling 1s.

Failing a 2+ is unlucky but still happens once every 6 attempts.
Look at a simple 1ttd attempt. Pick up, possible gfi's, pass, catch, multiple gfi's, multiple dodges.
Individual rolls may be 2+ but there could easily be 9/10 or more dice rolls there.

My play involves me making 2 dice and 3 dice blocks with block or wrestle. 2 dice blocks fail once every 36 attempts on average. Picking up the ball (with reroll) fails one in 9 generally. And slowly walking down field. Very few dodges or gfi's and when I make them it is either necessary to try to stop a score or make a score or at the end of a turn when failing isn't a problem. I also have 4 rerolls to help mitigate 'unlucky' dice.
Your gutters might find it easier to dodge or play ball but if you are making multiple gfi's and dodges etc some will eventually fail.
You focus on rolling a 1 on a 2+ (Perhaps unfortunate) but don't see the successful -2dice and 1 dice blocks. Or 2 dice blocks without block. Or the crazy 4+ dodges with line rats for no reason.

Also please take into consideration that the longer a turn goes on the greater the number of chances of failure. Therefore prioritise the necessary and low risk moves first and foremost after the positioning that involves no dice. As chaos my aim is to gain a numerical advantage whilst protecting the ball by throwing as many 2 dice blocks as possible.
As rats your priority should always be to get the ball to a gutter runner and the gutter runner in range of scoring and out of range of a blitz.

Finally you kind of gave up when your fireball didn't result in a score. Instead of trying to stop me from scoring you tried to get some cas. There's nothing wrong in this but remember you can't stop someone scoring if you don't try to.

You may have had some bad dice rolls but the consequences of the failed dice were exacerbated by your poor play.

frustrating game, especially when KenThis tries to give me some advice late (hint--when your opponent is having a bad game, DON'T start pointing out what, in your opinion, they did wrong in the game.)

Anyway, KenThis told me that I was trying to go for CAS instead of the ball, and that I should use my RR's on important stuff like ball handling and not blocks. Not to blame the 1's rolled. You'd think this is good advice. Yeah, you are going to have bad dice games, you are going to get out played. etc. But he was WRONG AS CAN be on me using my RR's on blocks!

RR's used:
1st half: Turn 2--RR GFI trying to position myself after horrible luck on the 1st blocks (BH, KO, KO, Stun in 5 blocks)..yea, he has MB and claw. but Claw only mattered on one, while I would hope that more of the knockdowns would be stunns or non-armor breaks. (oh KO was a riot, so this was 1st turn)
1st Half: Turn 3--After Fireball kills the BC and knocks down one corner of the cage, had to use a RR on a dodge to get a player into the EZ for potiential scoring throw. Failed the Leap to the ball on a 1
1st half: Turn 8. Used RR on 1st GFI on a OTS try..only to fail the 2nd GFI try
2nd Half: turn 2: Used RR on 3+ dodge to get a player in scoring range
2nd half: Turn 3: used RR on 3+ dodge to protect player in scoring range, but failed (2 rr 1)
2nd half: Turn 4: After he scores and gets a blitz to spoil my 2nd OTS attempt, I use a RR on a 5+ long pass to try to get the ball down field to my GR..1 rr 1

ALL RR"S used by me were for GFI,Dodges or Passes related to positioning or the ball.

Got a 3rd chance for a OTS, but being out of RR's the 1 to pick up the ball doomed it.

yea, you out played me. Your team is 1000% better than mine. It is a nicely build killer Chaos team. But please, stop with the BS advise, I don't want to here it after a totally horrible game from my perspective.
