In the first half the numbers game was going the way of coach Hayati, who had kicked off- however in a fit of zealousness he committed Siggy from the reserves to a deep left flank blitz, thereby exposing his right flank's defensive weakness for coach mrt1212 to charge down for the opener.

In the second half coach Hayati picked up a touchdown due to superior numbers, then the spotlight again fell on coach mrt1212 to look for a winner in limited time. After some superb diversionary play he managed to find an opening deep on the right, only to see the powerfully thrown football veer into the spectators and ultimately land most favorably for coach Hayati, at Lagertha's feet! Hayati now had a chance to pass deep for a late winner, but receiver Siggy was unable to retrieve the football for the winning score.

Overall, both coaches played very well and the draw seemed the best outcome all round.”
