Odd game, 2 very different halves, and both teams had bad luck upon receiving to open the door for a defensive score. The only difference was that Texas scored last.

First half, with a deep kick Rain kept the ball out of Texas' hands through 3 pickup attempts, and then another 2 in TZ. Then a dogfight broke out over the ball - back and forth, with neither side having all the players they needed to keep the ball safe. Texas lucked out to get the ball back in their hands at one point, but Hawaii proved superior and scored Turn 6.

Texas then had another chance, and this time, despite another deep kick, everything went perfectly - 2 opponents Stunned and another KO'd, and a 4th in the dirt allowing "student body downfield" and a 2-Turn score to tie it up, 1-1.

Turn 8, no Riot, but Hawaii did make use of its Bribe to foul out a blocking lino KO'd - but the Bribe snaked, and Hawaii lost a Loner banned.


Meanwhile, another Loner did not wake up for that kick nor the 2nd half, and a Rock took out their Wrodger while the fouled DElf lino woke up - 8 HElfs facing 10 DElfs.

But the Rain had stopped, and Hawaii fielded the weak-side kick and got it safely out, and well downfield. But the Texas St 4 MA 8 Tackler popped it loose, and Texas was able to recover and cage midfield to end Turn 1, BH'ing another Loner in the process. The out-manned Hawaii squad made 2 tries at the cage from behind it, but then RL stepped in and the Hawaii coach had to go afk and so "conceded" the score - the rest after Turn 3 was a clickthrough with some elfball passes for spp for a skill on the rookie Blitzer, Tra Darkson.”
