“Game of Death won the coin toss and chose to receive in the blizzard. The fans invaded the pitch and stunned 85% of the SoulHeater players and none of the GoDs. This left an easy run up the field for Augustus who carried the ball. He would pass it to Altus for a touchdown midway through the first half. SoulHeater put together an offensive drive of their own and responded with a score just before the break to tie the game.

SoulHeater received in the second half and they ran the ball up the left side of the field. Altus made a nice dodge and tackled the ballcarrier sending the ball flying. The Orc Passer, Xenom, dodged away and looked to shove Altus out of bounds but the Marauder had greased the Greenskin's shoes and he fell instead. Altus scooped up the ball and ran up the field where he was tackled by the little Goblin. A battle for the ball deep in Orc territory would decide the outcome of the game. It was Bruce that was finally able to take the ball and run it in just as time ran out in regulation. GoD escape with a very close win.
